Sibi, Deputy Commissioner Sibi Dr. Khuda Rahim met with three groups of landowners at his office to discuss their concerns and address disputes related to land ownership. The meeting aimed to find a collaborative solution to the issues raised by the landowners and foster a spirit of mutual agreement.
According to Directorate General Public Relation – Govt of Balochistan, during the meeting, the Deputy Commissioner formed a three-member committee to facilitate discussions among the groups. The committee is chaired by Additional Deputy Commissioner General Sarfraz Mughal, with Executive Engineer Irrigation and Assistant Commissioner Sibi serving as committee members. Additionally, two representatives from each group of landowners will join the committee to ensure all stakeholders are involved in the decision-making process.
Deputy Commissioner Dr. Khuda Rahim emphasized that the committee’s decisions would be documented for future reference, and the process would aim to protect the rights of all landowners. He urged the landowners to engage in constructive dialogue and reach a mutually agreeable conclusion through consultation.
The formation of the committee represents a step toward resolving land disputes in Sibi and demonstrates the local government’s commitment to addressing the concerns of landowners in a fair and transparent manner. The collaborative approach seeks to benefit all parties involved and ensure the landowners’ voices are heard throughout the process.
