Turbat: Deputy Commissioner Kich Ismail Ibrahim recently visited Government Girls High School in Shiklat, where he engaged with students and teachers to assess the educational processes and the ongoing infrastructure developments. During his visit, he addressed the concerns raised by the school’s staff regarding the pace of construction work and assured swift action.
According to Directorate General Public Relation – Govt of Balochistan, Deputy Commissioner Ibrahim toured the school facilities and received a comprehensive briefing from the headmistress, Samina Baloch. The discussions highlighted the school’s operational challenges, particularly in terms of infrastructure development. Baloch expressed concerns over the slow progress made by the contractor responsible for constructing additional classrooms. She stressed the importance of using high-quality materials for the building work.
In response, Deputy Commissioner Ibrahim promised to promptly contact the contractor to establish a strict deadline for completing the construction. He also warned that failure to meet the timeline would result in severe consequences for the construction firm. This visit underscores the government’s commitment to ensuring educational institutions are adequately supported and that infrastructure projects adhere to high standards.
