QUETTA: Deputy Chairman Senate, Senator Syedal Khan, visited families of police officers and personnel who were martyred in recent terrorism incidents in Balochistan, expressing condolences and affirming national solidarity with the bereaved. He emphasized that the sacrifices of these officers, who died protecting the country, will be honored and remembered.
According to Senate of Pakistan, during his visit, Senator Khan paid tribute to the bravery and dedication of the officers, acknowledging their role in maintaining peace and security in Balochistan. He met with the families of several martyrs, including Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) Mir Faisal Rasheed, SHO Zubair Buzdar, SHO Sariab Road Mahmood Khan Bazai, and Constable Abdul Ghani Kharoti. He offered prayers for the martyrs and strength for their families.
Senator Khan highlighted the significant sacrifices of Balochistan Police in combating terrorism, noting their commitment to peace and stability in Pakistan. He stressed the collective responsibility of the state and society to support the families of martyrs, assuring that the government is dedicated to providing necessary assistance.
Moreover, Senator Khan expressed condolences over the death of Syed Ameen Marwat’s father, Security In-charge to the Chief Minister of Balochistan, offering prayers and sympathies to the bereaved family.
He reaffirmed the nation’s resolve to conclude the fight against terrorism while ensuring that the sacrifices of the martyrs serve as an enduring inspiration. The meetings concluded with prayers for the martyrs and for the country’s peace and stability.
