Srinagar, November 17, 2021 (PPI-OT):In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, the families of martyred civilians, joined by a large number of people, and continued protest against the brutal killings by Indian troops in Srinagar on second consecutive day, today.

A large number of people including the families of martyred civilians Dr Mudasir Gul and Altaf Ahmad held a demonstration at Press Enclave in Srinagar. The protesters demanded of the occupation authorities to hand over the dead bodies of the martyrs to their families so that they could accord them proper burial. Indian police have buried the martyred civilians at a graveyard in Handwara area of North Kashmir’s Kupwara district.

The protesters shouted slogans “We want Justice”, “We want back dead bodies of Mudasir Gul and Altaf Ahmad who were innocent civilians”. They called for an international level probe into the unabated killings in fake encounters by Indian troops in IIOJK. The protesters said that after abrogation of Article 370 and 35A, Narendra Modi-led Indian fascist government had intensified the killing of innocent Kashmiris in fake encounters.
