Lahore, October 11, 2022 (PPI-OT):A delegation of Pakistan Transport Alliance under the leadership of Sindh Assembly Member Malik Shehzad Awan called on Senior Provincial Minister Mian Aslam Iqbal at 90-SQA. During the meeting, the problems of the transport sector were discussed.
The delegation demanded from the senior provincial minister to solve the problems related to bus stand, parchi system, driving license and to give the status of industry to the transport sector. The senior provincial minister assured the delegation of solving the problems related to the transport sector.
Speaking to the delegation, Senior Provincial Minister Mian Aslam Iqbal said that the transport sector has a key role in the transportation of essential goods and the movement of people. The problems of this sector will be solved on priority basis.
He said that in the upcoming meeting, the problems will be resolved in the presence of the transport secretary and the relevant officers. The delegation included personalities associated with the transport sector, Azam Khan Niazi, Owais Chaudhry Advocate, Ismat ullah Niazi, Malik Irfan, Nabeel Mehmood Tariq and others.
