Islamabad, Pakistan continues its effort to repatriate illegal foreign nationals as the government-imposed deadline draws near, mandating all undocumented foreigners, especially Afghans, to depart the country by the end of the month.
According to a news release by the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Pakistan has issued a clear directive to all undocumented foreign nationals, emphasizing that they must exit the nation by the 31st of this month. Failure to adhere to this directive will result in intervention and potential legal actions by the country’s law enforcement agencies.
In the meantime, the process of voluntary repatriation of Afghans residing in Pakistan without proper documentation is ongoing and occurs on a daily basis, as the government works to ensure the enforcement of its immigration laws.
