DC Soccer Club Praises Quality of Pakistani-Made Soccer Balls


Washington DC, The DC Soccer Club has officially endorsed the quality and durability of soccer balls made in Pakistan. This affirmation came during a meeting between the club’s executive leadership and the Pakistani Ambassador to the United States, highlighting the strong ties between Pakistani sports manufacturers and American sports organizations.



According to Press Information Department, Mr. Grey Andrulis, Executive Director of DC Soccer Club, expressed satisfaction with the Pakistani-made soccer balls during his meeting at the Embassy of Pakistan. He was joined by Zainab Schwartz, Chairperson of the Board of Directors for DC Soccer Club. Andrulis noted the visible presence of these soccer balls across Washington D.C.’s parks, emphasizing their quality and the effective branding that makes them recognizable.



Ambassador Masood Khan responded to the club’s praises by pointing out that Pakistan produces 70% of the world’s soccer balls, underscoring the country’s pivotal role in the global sports goods market. He remarked on the connection sports goods create between nations and the contribution of Pakistani products to promoting well-being and social health.



The meeting also touched on future collaborations, including a proposal from Chairperson Schwartz to organize an ‘Embassy Cup’ in 2025 as a lead-up event to the 2026 FIFA World Cup, which was welcomed by Ambassador Khan.
