According to Directorate General Public Relation – Govt of Balochistan, DC Bangalzai instructed the passport officer to ensure that any complaints regarding staff conduct are addressed with appropriate legal and departmental actions. He highlighted the significance of facilitating employment opportunities, noting that many individuals seek work abroad and contribute to the national economy through remittances. DC Bangalzai reiterated that the primary goal is to serve the public efficiently, minimizing waiting times and inconvenience.
