ISLAMABAD: Chief Traffic Officer (CTO) Islamabad, Muhammad Sarfraz Virk, conducted a visit to various Police Khidmat Markaz to assess the services provided to citizens, engaging directly with the public and inquiring about the quality of these services.
According to Islamabad Capital Police, the CTO emphasized the implementation of comprehensive measures to ensure the delivery of prompt services at the centers, highlighting the integration of modern technology to enhance service effectiveness. During his visit, Mr. Virk also held discussions with police officers stationed at the centers to understand the administrative challenges they encounter and directed the center in-charges to guarantee the availability of all possible services to citizens.
Mr. Virk mentioned that trained staff have been appointed at Police Khidmat Markaz to offer maximum relief and services to both Pakistani citizens and foreigners, ensuring operations continue around the clock.
