Islamabad, August 26, 2023 (PPI-OT):A control room/complaint cell has been set up in Election Commission Secretariat Islamabad for three days to monitor the by-elections to be held in 21 districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa on August 27.

A central control room has been set up to monitor the election process, redressal of grievances and will continue to function till the election results are declared.

Officers in the central control room along with the monitoring team will monitor the election process.

The central control room will be in place from August 26 to August 28 Senior officers along with the monitoring team from the central control room will closely monitor the election process for three days without interruption. Apart from this, complaints regarding the election process will also be redressed immediately

The control room will continue to function from the start of the polling process until the preliminary results are compiled to register any kind of complaint regarding polling.
