Continued Repatriation of Illegal Afghan Nationals in a Dignified Manner


Islamabad, The ongoing process of repatriating illegal foreign nationals, predominantly Afghans, to their home country is being carried out in a dignified and safe manner.



According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, as part of these efforts, transit camps equipped with essential facilities have been established in various districts to provide temporary accommodation for Afghans awaiting repatriation. These camps are part of a broader strategy to ensure the respectful return of Afghans to their homeland.



The latest statistics reveal that 958 more illegal Afghan nationals were repatriated yesterday. This brings the total number of illegal Afghans who have returned to Afghanistan to 465,614. This initiative reflects the commitment to managing the issue of illegal immigration while upholding humanitarian principles.
