Commissioner Saadat Hasan Inspects Facilities in Loralai, Emphasizes Reform and Vigilance

Loralai: During an inspection tour across various local facilities, Commissioner Loralai Division Saadat Hasan, accompanied by Deputy Commissioner Miran Baloch and other officials, emphasized the need for discipline, vigilance, and immediate reforms in public services, from law enforcement to public amenities.

According to Directorate General Public Relation – Govt of Balochistan, Commissioner Hasan’s visit included stops at the Levies Line, the local slaughterhouse, the public library, and the officers’ club. At the Levies Line, he addressed the jawans, urging the force to maintain high standards of discipline and responsibility, stressing that wrongdoing and illegal activities within their ranks would be stringently handled.

The inspection highlighted varying conditions at the facilities visited. At the abattoir, Commissioner Hasan expressed dissatisfaction with certain aspects of its management, though parts of the facility received praise. The management team at the slaughterhouse also voiced concerns over encroachments that compromise their operations, prompting Hasan to direct the Deputy Commissioner to take decisive action against the encroachments and ensure accountability.

At the public library, administrators discussed challenges such as inadequate space for an increasing student population, a shortage of resources, and an outdated collection of books and newspapers. Commissioner Hasan responded with directives to address these issues promptly to better serve the educational needs of the community.

Furthermore, the officers’ club’s caretakers reported long-standing neglect regarding the building’s maintenance. The commissioner recognized the club’s potential as a valuable space for officers to collaborate and share ideas, and he underscored the necessity of revitalizing this facility.
