Islamabad: Chief of Army Staff, General Syed Asim Munir, emphasized the critical role of unity among the people, government, and armed forces in ensuring Pakistan’s national security and ongoing development during his address at the National Youth Convention.
According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, General Munir highlighted the optimism and potential of the country’s youth, asserting their pivotal role in the nation’s future. He referenced the Quran to remind attendees of the importance of hope in Islam and underscored the state’s duty to shield the public from the adverse effects of social media.
The Army Chief also reiterated the significance of an independent state by drawing parallels with the situations in Occupied Kashmir and Gaza. His talk included a session where he answered questions from the youth, expressing a steadfast belief in divine support for Pakistan’s struggle against terrorism.
