Lahore, May 23, 2022 (PPI-OT):Chief Minister Punjab Hamza Shahbaz in his response to the announcement of a long march has said that the long march announcement is an “Imrani Conspiracy” against Pakistan. He rebuked that Imran Khan and his followers are not sincere to Pakistan and to the Pakistani people. Hamza Shahbaz stressed that the present time is inappropriate for long march but rather to work jointly to rid the country out of deeply embedded problems. CM underscored that negative attitudes in politics are detrimental for stability of the country.

He maintained that those characters involved in acting against national interests will have to be stopped with the power of unity. Hamza Shahbaz lamented that the same characters caused irreparable damage to the national economy through sit-ins and agitational politics in the past adding that decisions are not made on the roads in the presence of a Parliament. CM highlighted that the politics of stubbornness and obduracy of Imran Khan has fully exposed his undemocratic demeanour adding that the nation will not allow anyone to spread anarchy in the country.CM concluded that Imran Khan cannot hold the whole nation to hostage for the sake of satisfying his ego.
