Islamabad, September 29, 2021 (PPI-OT):Chinese and Pakistani Media have pledged together to counter propaganda through enhanced communications and building stronger linkages by creating China-Pakistan Media Corridor. This was discussed during the First China-Pakistan Media Forum held in Islamabad with the thematic objective of strengthening China and Pakistan relations through informed dialogue.

It was urged that the China-Pakistan Media should work together for a lasting and unified response to false information. It was decided that the Media Forum should be organized regularly to deal with the challenges and build opportunities for working together.

Distinguished speakers from both the countries aimed at strengthening the ties between China and Pakistan and to boost relations through enhanced channels of communications. A large number of Chinese and Pakistan media representatives, Journalists, students, faculty members, and civil society leaders have participated in the event.
