Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif Meets with German Company Executive to Discuss Investment

Lahore, Chief Minister of Punjab Maryam Nawaz Sharif met with the Senior Vice President of the German multinational company Metro E-One, Julieta Bolo, to discuss potential investments and the promotion of economic development in Punjab. The meeting reviewed the possibilities of partnership between Metro and the Punjab Government to create employment opportunities.

According to Directorate General Public Relations – Government of Punjab, discussions focused on expanding Metro’s business operations in Punjab and potential partnerships for mutual growth. Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif assured that the most suitable investment environment is available in Punjab and that external investment and business expansion will be fully supported. An enforcement authority is being established to tackle hoarding and inflation.

Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif stated that the metro expansion projects in Punjab will create more jobs and opportunities for the people of the province. Julieta Bolo emphasized Metro’s commitment to providing opportunities for small and medium business development in Punjab. Metro AG in Pakistan provides a range of services for the business-to-business (B2B) segment. Senior Provincial Minister Maryam Aurangzeb, Senator Pervez Rashid, Chief Secretary, and other officials were also present on the occasion.
