Lahore, In a heartfelt message on Saraiki Culture Day, Punjab’s Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif extended her warm wishes to the Saraiki community, underscoring the significance of cultural diversity within Pakistan. She emphasized the unique qualities of Saraiki culture, language, and traditions, declaring them as vital assets to the national heritage and unity.

According to Directorate General Public Relation – Govt of Punjab, Chief Minister Sharif’s statement celebrated the richness of Pakistan’s cultural mosaic, with Saraiki culture described as a prominent feature. She expressed her affection for Saraiki Ajarak, highlighting it as a symbol of love and the essence of Saraiki tradition. Furthermore, Sharif lauded the contributions of Saraiki land to producing eminent Pakistani personalities, reaffirming Punjab’s role in safeguarding the nation’s culture and ancient traditions.

Sharif also pointed out the efforts and achievements of the Pakistan Muslim League (N) in driving the development and prosperity of South Punjab. She hinted at future prospects, suggesting that more advancements are on the horizon for the region.
