Islamabad, In a significant move to address the backlog of pending cases, Chief Justice of Pakistan Qazi Faez Isa has decided to reduce the summer vacations for Supreme Court judges by one month. This adjustment aims to expedite the processing of cases and enhance the efficiency of the judiciary.
According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, the Chief Justice has instructed the judges of the Supreme Court to limit their summer vacation to one month. This decision reflects the urgency of dealing with the considerable number of cases that remain unresolved before the apex court.
The revised schedule for the summer vacations will now commence on the fifteenth of next month, marking a strategic shift to ensure that the judiciary can continue to operate effectively and reduce the delays in the legal process.
