Chief Commissioner of Islamabad Reviews Police Operations and Honors Martyrs

Islamabad, In a significant visit to the Police Lines Headquarters in Islamabad, Chief Commissioner Muhammad Ali Randhawa met with top police officials to discuss operational strategies and review ongoing projects within the Islamabad Capital Police.

According to Islamabad Capital Police, the Chief Commissioner was briefed by Inspector General of Police (IGP) Islamabad, Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi, and other senior officers on a variety of initiatives. These discussions covered crime prevention, anti-encroachment operations, the addition of new police stations, the digitalization of police processes, and infrastructure developments.

During his visit, Randhawa paid tribute to fallen officers at the Martyrs’ Memorial, offering prayers for their sacrifice. He also received a guard of honor from a smartly turned-out police contingent, symbolizing respect and recognition for his leadership.

Additionally, the Chief Commissioner toured the firing range and the Central Police Office, where Deputy Inspector General (DIG) Headquarters and the Assistant Inspector General (AIG) of Operations provided detailed briefings on the various measures being implemented to enhance policing in the federal capital.

This visit underscores the ongoing efforts by Islamabad Police to enhance law enforcement effectiveness and community safety across the city.
