Islamabad: Chairman Senate of Pakistan, Syed Yousaf Raza Gilani, has highlighted the government’s collaborative efforts with the business community to enhance trade, investment, and industrial activities nationwide. He acknowledged the key role of Pakistan’s leadership in promoting peace at various levels. Gilani made these statements during the inauguration of the 33rd branch of Imtiaz Group in Islamabad.
According to Press Information Department, Gilani praised Imtiaz Group’s contributions to modern retail and its impact on the national economy. He noted that the group’s expansion provides significant employment opportunities and competitive products. He emphasized the government’s ongoing dialogue with business leaders to address challenges and discussed Pakistan’s diplomatic efforts in fostering international peace.
Gilani also commended the national leadership’s role in mitigating global tensions, particularly between the United States and Iran, underscoring Pakistan’s commitment to diplomacy. He reiterated the government’s dedication to working with the private sector for economic development and public welfare. The ceremony concluded with Gilani’s tour of the new branch and his call for increased employment and public relief through collaborative efforts.
