Islamabad, May 17, 2022 (PPI-OT):Chairman CDA visited CDA Citizen Facilitation Center on Monday. Officers of relevant departments including board members were also present on the occasion. On this occasion, the Chairman Capital Development Authority, while issuing instructions, asked the concerned departments to provide all facilities to the citizens visiting the Citizen Facilitation Center.

In this regard, while issuing instructions regarding the waiting area, he further said that proper arrangement for fans and seating in the waiting area should be further improved. He also directed to expedite the disposal of applicant’s requests.

Furthermore, the Chairman CDA took a detailed look at the various sections of the Citizen Facilitation Center. On this occasion, he further directed that the installation of fire extinguishers in the building and modern security measures should be completed as soon as possible.

He further said that the purpose of setting up of Citizen Facilitation Center is to provide all facilities to the citizens under one roof. To this end, all available resources should be utilized to provide high quality services to the citizens as well as save them from wasting valuable time.
