Islamabad, June 20, 2022 (PPI-OT):The management of the Federal Development Agency (Capital Development Authority) is working day and night to provide high quality services to the citizens of Islamabad while working in the citizens and the institution. It is also taking steps to provide high quality medical treatment to the staff and their families.
In this regard, the Chairman Capital Development Authority on Saturday inaugurated the new Facilitation Center and Registration Counters set up at Capital Hospital for the convenience of patients. Officers of relevant departments including ED Capital Hospital, Member Engineering were also present on the occasion.
According to the details, the facilitation center has been decorated with the latest technology. Similarly, various counters have also been set up in the Facilitation Center in which separate counters have been allotted for senior citizens, persons with disabilities and general patients. Similarly, a token system with state-of-the-art technology has also been introduced in the facilitation center set up at Capital Hospital.
So that all the facilities are easily available to the visiting patients and their families under one roof. Similarly, the records of patients coming to the hospital have also been digitized. A sit-out area has also been set up at the facilitation center for patients and caregivers so that incoming patients do not face any difficulty in accessing information.
It may be mentioned that some time ago construction of new additional block was completed in Capital Hospital and new doctors and paramedical staff were also deployed and this additional block was made operational for patients so that treatment facilities could be provided to more citizens. Briefing the Chairman CDA on the occasion, ED Capital Hospital said that PC2 would be prepared and presented by next week for further expansion of the hospital and provision of teaching facilities.
