Ceremony at Islamia Girls College Quetta Marks 33rd Anniversary and Celebrates Pakistan’s 77th Year

Quetta: A vibrant ceremony was held at Islamia Girls College Quetta to commemorate the 33rd anniversary of the institution and the 77th anniversary of Pakistan. The event was graced by Provincial Adviser on Environment and Climate Change, Naseemur Rahman Mullah Khel, who emphasized the critical role of education in securing the nation’s future.

According to Directorate General Public Relation – Government of Balochistan, the chief guest highlighted that the foundation of Pakistan was laid by an enlightened and educated thinker, underlining the importance of knowledge in both ideological and geographical preservation of the country. The event also featured a tour of the college’s departments, where the adviser was briefed on the institution’s educational activities. The ceremony concluded with the distribution of certificates and prizes to students who excelled in various activities, followed by a presentation of a souvenir to the provincial adviser by the college principal, Madam Farida Yasmin.
