Lahore, In a move to ensure the timely progress and completion of key development projects, Imran Amin, CEO of the Punjab Central Business District Development Authority (PCBDDA), also known as Central Business District Punjab (CBD Punjab), conducted a surprise visit to various project sites this Sunday. This initiative aligns with the directives of Chief Minister Punjab, Mohsin Raza Naqvi, aimed at accelerating the region’s development.
According to Punjab Central Business District Development Authority (PCBDDA), CEO Imran Amin’s unannounced visit included inspections of several major sites such as the Ghora Chowk Flyover, Lahore Prime CBD Punjab Quaid District, as well as the second and third phases of CBD Punjab and the Walton Road upgradation. Executive Director Technical CBD Punjab Riaz Hussain, along with other directors and officials from NESPAK and NLC, joined the CEO during this inspection.
Amin emphasized the authority’s dynamic approach to ensuring the timely completion of all projects under CBD Punjab’s purview. Executive Director Technical CBD Punjab, Riaz Hussain, provided detailed updates on the progress of these projects. Notably, significant advancements have been made in the construction of the Ghora Chowk Flyover, with the completion of shuttering and the concrete bottom slab, and the installation of geo grid for the MSE wall is underway. The hardscaping and landscaping of the Lahore Prime CBD Punjab Quaid District are in progress, and the Walton Road upgrade is on track to meet its targeted completion timeline.
