Central Ruet-e-Hilal Committee to Convene in Peshawar for Ramadan Moon Sighting

Islamabad, The Central Ruet-e-Hilal Committee is scheduled to meet in Peshawar on Monday to observe the crescent moon, marking the onset of Ramadan in Pakistan. The meeting, led by Chairman Maulana Syed Muhammad Abdul Khabir Azad, plays a pivotal role in the Islamic tradition by determining the start of the holy month.

According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, the meeting in Peshawar is part of a nationwide observation, with zonal and district Ruet-e-Hilal Committees convening simultaneously at their respective locations.
