Lahore: A significant ceremony was held at the Central Police Office to celebrate the promotion of 21 Office Superintendents to Assistant Directors in the Punjab Police. These newly promoted Assistant Directors, who are serving in various field formations and districts, were honored for their advancement and entrusted with new responsibilities to enhance office operations.
According to Punjab Police, the event featured the distribution of official promotion orders by IG Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar, who urged the promoted officers to execute their duties with utmost sincerity and dedication. Dr. Anwar highlighted the crucial role of Assistant Directors in managing administrative affairs and stressed the need for special attention to professional matters to improve the functioning of the office.
The ceremony also included addresses by Additional IG Punjab Sultan Ahmad Chaudhry and Additional IG CTD Wasim Ahmad Khan. DIG Establishment I Captain-I (Retd) Liaqat Malik and DIG Establishment II Suleman Sultan Rana expressed their congratulations to the newly promoted Assistant Directors. The event was also attended by the families and children of the promoted officers, adding a personal touch to the professional celebration.
