CDA’s building control department received more than 7 million revenue in the month of March 

Islamabad, April 20, 2022 (PPI-OT):The building control department of the CDA received revenue of over Rs. 7 million in March 2022. According to the details, the Building Control Department of the Capital Development Authority issued completion certificates to seven residential buildings in Islamabad in the month of March after completion and inspection, in which revenue of about Rs. 400,000 was collected.

Similarly, more than Rs. 3 lakh was received for approval of maps of 14 residential buildings. While approximately Rs. 1.5 lakh was received for approval of maps of 3 commercial buildings. Thus, a total of Rs. 7.771 million was received by the Building Control Department of the Capital Development Authority in March 2022. Similarly, revenue of more than Rs. 1.5 lakh was received for issuing NOC to 56 residential buildings. While NOCs were issued to 32 commercial buildings at a cost of about Rs. 3 million.
