CDA Records Highest Ever Revenue of Rs 52 Billion in FY 2023-24

Islamabad: The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has achieved a record-breaking revenue collection of Rs 52 billion for the fiscal year 2023-2024, marking the highest in its history and surpassing the previous year’s total by a significant margin.

According to Press Information Department, CDA Chairman Muhammad Ali Randhawa credited this financial success to the implementation of special measures under the guidance of Federal Minister for Interior Mohsin Naqvi. The revenue collected in the last two months alone amounted to Rs 7.9 billion, contributing notably to the year’s total.

Randhawa highlighted the shift in CDA’s strategy from selling assets to exploring alternative revenue sources, aiming to establish a more financially stable organization. Minister Naqvi praised the dedication and commitment of the CDA team in not only meeting but exceeding their revenue target by 23%, and expressed optimism for continued fiscal performance in the coming year.
