Islamabad, Chairman of the Capital Development Authority (CDA), Muhammad Ali Randhawa, has issued directives for the immediate establishment of electricity supply to Park Enclave Phases II and III, including the construction of a dedicated grid station to ensure a reliable power source. Randhawa’s directive aims to expedite the provision of essential services and improve infrastructure readiness in the growing residential area.
According to Capital Development Authority, Randhawa instructed the Member Finance and Member Engineering at CDA to urgently coordinate with the Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) to initiate the electrical infrastructure projects. The chairman also set a firm deadline of June 30 for the payment of arrears for Park Enclave Phase-I, warning that the plots of those who fail to meet this deadline would be cancelled and subsequently auctioned. Additionally, Randhawa emphasized the importance of allocating plots for hospitals, schools, and other necessary amenities in accordance with existing regulations. He also issued orders to enhance the aesthetic and environmental quality of green belts and parks within the enclave.
