Caretaker Prime Minister Anwaar ul Haq Kakar to Attend World Economic Forum in Davos

Islamabad, Caretaker Prime Minister Anwaar ul Haq Kakar is set to participate in the 54th annual meeting of the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland. This visit, scheduled to begin on Monday, will span five days and focus on key global issues under this year’s theme, “Rebuilding Trust.”

According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Foreign Office Spokesperson Mumtaz Zahra Baloch confirmed the Prime Minister’s attendance in Islamabad. During the forum, Prime Minister Kakar will engage in three major thematic events: “Preventing an Era of Global Conflicts,” “Restoring Faith in the Global System,” and “Preventing Economic Fracture.”

This participation signifies Pakistan’s ongoing commitment to contributing to critical global discussions, particularly in addressing issues of conflict, economic disparity, and the restoration of trust in international systems. The Prime Minister’s involvement in these sessions underscores Pakistan’s role and perspective in these significant international dialogues.
