Islamabad, Caretaker Prime Minister Anwaar-ul-Haq Kakar is scheduled to embark on a five-day visit to Davos, Switzerland, starting tomorrow. The purpose of this visit is to participate in the 54th annual meeting of the World Economic Forum (WEF).
According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, during his time at the WEF, Prime Minister Kakar will attend three key thematic events. These events focus on ‘Preventing an Era of Global Conflicts,’ ‘Restoring Faith in the Global System,’ and ‘Preventing Economic Fracture.’ Furthermore, he is slated to deliver a keynote address centered around the theme “Trade Tech’s Trillion Dollar Promise.”
In addition to participating in these events, Anwaar-ul-Haq Kakar will engage in meetings with various government and business leaders. He is also set to lead a special event titled “Invest in Pakistan,” aimed at fostering investment opportunities in the country.
The Prime Minister’s participation in the WEF meeting is a significant moment for Pakistan, as it seeks to assert its role and vision on the global stage, especially in terms of economic and technological development.
