Karachi, Caretaker Prime Minister AnwaarulHaq Kakar reaffirmed the government’s stance on the issue of illegal foreign nationals, stating that there will be no change in the existing policy. During a meeting with local journalists in Quetta on Tuesday, the Prime Minister emphasized the government’s commitment to enforcing a onedocument regime throughout the country.
According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Prime Minister Kakar addressed various topics in his interaction with the media. He underscored the government’s dedication to maintaining a strict policy regarding illegal foreign nationals in Pakistan. This stance is part of a broader initiative to implement a unified documentation system, ensuring that all residents and foreign nationals abide by the established legal framework.
In addition to the issue of illegal foreign nationals, the Prime Minister also spoke about the forthcoming general elections. He expressed the interim government’s determination to conduct free, fair, and transparent polls in the country. Responding to a query about infrastructure development, the Prime Minister mentioned the Pinjra Pull project. He confirmed that Pinjra Pull would become operational by the first week of March next year, signaling progress in infrastructural development under the current government.
