Karachi, During a visit to the Ghulam Ishaq Khan Institute of Science and Technology in Topi, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Caretaker Prime Minister Anwaar-ul-Haq Kakar emphasized the importance of advancing science and technology in Pakistan. Addressing the students and faculty, he highlighted the ongoing process of creativity and the need for Pakistan to keep pace with global developments in these fields.

According to Radio Pakistan, Prime Minister Kakar praised the Ghulam Ishaq Khan Institute for its role in providing quality education and contributing to the country’s technological advancement. He acknowledged the efforts of both the founders and the current faculty in establishing the Institute as a premier modern educational institution in Pakistan.

The Prime Minister expressed national pride in the Institute’s achievements and assured the government’s support for its initiatives to promote education in science and technology. He also committed to extending cooperation in the establishment of the Institute’s campuses in Islamabad and other provinces, signifying a broad commitment to enhancing Pakistan’s capabilities in these crucial sectors.
