Build Pakistan 2025 Exhibition Opens in Lahore: Federal Minister Emphasizes Housing Solutions


Lahore: Federal Minister for Housing and Works Mian Riaz Hussain Pirzada inaugurated the “Build Pakistan 2025 – Let’s Build Together” event at the Expo Centre in Lahore. The three-day exhibition and conference aims to address sustainable housing, urban development, and smart construction in Pakistan.



Organized by the Ministry of Housing and Works and Fakt Exhibitions Pvt. Ltd., the event brings together leaders from both the public and private sectors. The opening ceremony featured a ribbon-cutting and a tour of the exhibition halls, where the Minister interacted with stakeholders showcasing advanced technologies and sustainable materials.



In his keynote address, Minister Pirzada highlighted the government’s commitment to resolving the housing crisis, which includes a shortage of over ten million units. He emphasized the need for innovative policies and public-private partnerships to create affordable urban spaces. The Minister also unveiled elements of the upcoming National Housing Policy 2025, focusing on housing finance reform and energy-efficient design.



Notable participants included the CEO of Fakt Exhibitions, Mr. Saleem Khan Tanoli, and urban development specialists. The conference features expert sessions, panel discussions, and networking opportunities aimed at fostering collaboration.



The event will run until November 1, 2025, offering a platform for stakeholders to exchange knowledge and forge partnerships for sustainable growth.
