British High Commissioner Discusses Bilateral Ties and Investment with Sindh Governor


Karachi, British High Commissioner Jane Marriott, along with Deputy High Commissioner Sarah Mooney, held discussions with Governor Sindh Kamran Khan Tesori on enhancing Pakistan-UK bilateral relations, exploring investment opportunities in Sindh, and other mutual interests. This meeting underscored the growing relationship between the two regions and outlined potential areas for further collaboration and investment.



According to Sindh Governor House, the dialogue centered on the advancement of Pakistan-UK relations, with both parties expressing interest in strengthening these ties through various initiatives, including the exchange of delegations across different sectors. Governor Tesori highlighted the improving relationship between Pakistan and the UK, suggesting that it could be further bolstered by fostering exchanges that span a wide range of fields.



A significant portion of the discussion was dedicated to investment opportunities within Sindh. The Governor encouraged British investors to explore the favorable investment climate in the province, assuring them of comprehensive support and assistance. The British High Commissioner lauded the Sindh Governor’s IT program, recognizing it as an initiative worthy of commendation.
