Bomb Blast in Balochistan Leaves 10 Dead, 25 Injured

Pishin, Balochistan, At least ten individuals lost their lives and twenty-five others were injured in a bomb blast near a political party’s office in the Khanozai area of Pishin district today. Following the incident, emergency services swiftly moved the injured to nearby hospitals for treatment.

According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Caretaker Prime Minister Anwar-ul-Haq Kakar has issued a strong condemnation of the blasts in Pishin and Qila Saifullah. The Prime Minister expressed sorrow over the loss of lives and has directed authorities to provide immediate medical assistance to those affected. He has also called for a detailed report on the incident from the Chief Secretary of Balochistan, emphasizing the government’s commitment to conducting the general elections peacefully and its determination to counteract any threats to law and order.

Furthermore, Caretaker Provincial Home Minister Mir Zubair Jamali has condemned the attack and requested a report from the Deputy Commissioner of Pishin. He shared his deep condolences for the lives lost in the tragic event.

This violent act has raised concerns about security during the upcoming general elections, with government officials reiterating their resolve to ensure a safe and secure environment for voters amid challenges.
