Jammu, Bimla Luthra, Vice President of the Women Wing of the National Conference, has voiced concerns about the suffering of the people in Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJK), attributing it to the non-performance of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP).
According to Kashmir Media Service, during her address at a women workers meeting in village Mota, located in the Suchetgarh Constituency of Jammu, Luthra highlighted the challenges faced by the region due to the BJP’s inaction and failure to address core issues.
She pointed out the lack of basic amenities, including water, power, roads, lanes, drains, and old age pensions, causing significant hardship for residents of Suchetgarh. Luthra also mentioned that interactions with local people revealed the problems of unscheduled power cuts and erratic water supply, further exacerbating the difficulties faced by the community.
Luthra’s statements reflect growing discontent and concern about the BJP’s governance in the region, particularly in relation to the provision of essential services and attention to the community’s needs.
