BISP Chairperson Engages Directly with Beneficiaries in Live E-Katcheri


Islamabad: Senator Rubina Khalid, the Chairperson of the Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP), hosted a live E-Katcheri session today to interact directly with beneficiaries, addressing their concerns and queries in real-time through the organization’s official Facebook platform.



According to Press Information Department, the live session, held at BISP Headquarters, allowed 34 individuals from various parts of Pakistan to voice their concerns about enrollment, eligibility, and stipend details across several BISP initiatives, including the Benazir Kafaalat, Taleemi Wazaif, and Nashonuma programs. Senator Khalid provided immediate answers and issued directives to officers to resolve the issues promptly.



During the interaction, Senator Khalid reassured participants that any delayed stipends would be accumulated and available as a lump sum in the next payment cycle, ensuring no beneficiary would miss out on entitled funds. She also highlighted the implementation of a new banking model aimed at improving the dignity and transparency of the distribution process.
