Banned Militant Groups Responsible for Civilian and Security Personnel Deaths in Balochistan

Islamabad, Interior Minister Sarfraz Bugti has identified several outlawed groups, including the Balochistan Liberation Army, Baloch Liberation Front, and Lashkar-e-Balochistan, as responsible for the recent spate of killings targeting civilians and security forces personnel in Balochistan.

According to the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, in response to a point raised by Raza Rabbani in the Senate, Minister Bugti stated that security operations are ongoing against these extremist factions. He emphasized the need for parliamentary legislation to better arm the security forces against militancy. Additionally, during the session, various leaders condemned the ongoing conflict in Gaza. They collectively called for international intervention and support for an independent Palestinian state.
