Balochistan Constabulary to Enhance Efficiency and Address Personnel Issues, Says Commandant Agha Muhammad Yusuf

Quetta: In a significant move to boost the efficiency and professionalism of the Balochistan Constabulary (BC), Additional Inspector General (AIG) Commandant Agha Muhammad Yusuf convened a high-level meeting with key officials, including the Deputy Commandant and all Zonal Commanders of the BC. The meeting focused on addressing the immediate concerns of the personnel and improving operational protocols.

According to Directorate General Public Relation – Govt of Balochistan, AIG Yusuf emphasized the development of the BC along reliable, efficient, and professional lines. He urged the zonal commanders to ensure thorough guidance in their zones to avoid any deficiencies. Yusuf highlighted the importance of regular attendance and roll calls of the personnel, directing that issues faced by the staff should be promptly reported to the head office for swift resolution.

Furthermore, AIG Yusuf instructed that a video of the daily roll call be made and sent to the head office to maintain transparency and accountability. He also mandated that a monthly biometric attendance report should be submitted to track personnel activity accurately. The commandant stressed the need for detailed documentation of unresolved issues, which will be analyzed to understand the underlying causes and to find effective solutions using all available resources.

This initiative by the Balochistan Constabulary’s leadership aims to streamline operations and ensure that all personnel issues are addressed promptly, enhancing the overall functionality of the force.
