Asta Muhammad: Assistant Commissioner Muhammad Ramzan Ishtiaq has initiated strict enforcement actions against drivers violating traffic rules, particularly those endangering lives by allowing passengers to sit on vehicle roofs.
According to Directorate General Public Relation – Govt of Balochistan, during a recent crackdown, fines were imposed on several drivers, and stern warnings were issued against the dangerous practice of overloading vehicles. The Assistant Commissioner emphasized that such negligence has previously resulted in loss of lives and stated that the local administration will not tolerate such risks to public safety. He further warned that continued violations could lead to the cancellation of transport routes and legal actions against the offenders, underlining a zero-tolerance policy towards compromising on safety regulations.
