Karachi, September 15, 2023 (PPI-OT): Sindh Governor Kamran Khan Tesoro was met by the caretaker Provincial Minister for Tourism, Environment and Climate Change Arshad Wali Muhammad at the Governor House. In the meeting, discussions were held on promotion of tourism in the province, provision of facilities at tourist spots, effective promotion of these places. Governor Sindh said that there are many tourist spots in the province including Girah Hill, people are not aware of them due to lack of effective publicity.
He further said that effective steps should be taken to promote these places through Sindh Tourism Development Corporation (STDC). He said that the availability of informed guides should be ensured for the tourists visiting Mohenjo-Daro and Makil.
