Arrest of mother, daughter by Indian police termed worst state terrorism

Srinagar, December 15, 2021 (PPI-OT):In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, the Jammu and Kashmir Pairwan-e-Wilayat has strongly condemned the arrest of two women by Indian police in Srinagar, calling it the worst example of state terrorism.

The Pairwan-e-Wilayat spokesman in a statement issued in Srinagar said that filing a case against a mother and daughter who were peacefully protesting for their legitimate rights was a clear violation of human rights. He said that Indian forces were committing genocide in Kashmir and those who were raising voice against this barbarism were being chained and harassed under black laws. Pairwan-e-Wilayat spokesman called on the United Nations to put pressure on India to stop terrorism in the territory.
