Srinagar, December 18, 2021 (PPI-OT):In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, the All Parties Hurriyat Conference has condemned the inhuman treatment meted out to the illegally detained Kashmiri Hurriyat leaders and activists by the Indian communal jail authorities.
The APHC spokesman in a statement issued in Srinagar said the detainees lodged in hell-like Indian jails have been deprived of the basic amenities including medical care and hygienic food. He said that the Indian fascist rulers have not learnt anything from their history of British occupation when their leaders and activists were demanding freedom from foreign occupants, who comparatively behaved as dignified human beings. He maintained that had the Britishers adopted even much lesser repression and suppression than New Delhi does in Kashmir, India would have been still under the yoke of British imperialism.
The spokesman said, credit goes to the brave people of IIOJK who are facing the wrath of a big military power in the form of genocide, extrajudicial killings, arbitrary arrests, physical and mental torture, humiliation and molestation of women and vandalization of residential houses, yet they dare the Indian barbarism with dedication, steadfastness and exemplary zeal and zest. The spokesman said the incarcerated leaders and activists, representing the freedom sentiments of the people of Kashmir have dedicated their lives and honour for the sacred cause of freedom from Indian subjugation.
