Srinagar, April 28, 2022 (PPI-OT): In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, All Parties Hurriyat Conference General Secretary Molvi Bashir Ahmad Irfani, has called upon the people of Jammu and Kashmir to observe Juma-tul-Wida, last Friday of the holy month of Ramazan, as Kashmir Day and Quds Day with religious zeal and fervour across the territory.

Molvi Bashir Irfani in a statement issued in Srinagar appealed to the people to offer special prayers for the liberation of Kashmir and Palestine from tyrannical clutches of India and Israel. He said that the peoples of Jammu and Kashmir and Palestine have nothing to do with terrorism; instead they are fighting for their just cause of freedom for the past seven decades.

The APHC leader deplored that India and Israel are unleashing similar types of brutalities on the Kashmiris and Palestinians. The occupation forces are arresting youth, bulldozing houses and molesting women in both regions of the world, he said. Molvi Bashir Irfani denounced the Indian authorities for closing the mosques and shrines in IIOJK even on the sacred occasion of Shab-e-Qadr and termed the action as a blatant interference in the religious affairs of the Muslims.
