APHC-AJK remembers Quaid-e-Azam on his birth anniversary 

Islamabad, December 25, 2022 (PPI-OT):All Parties Hurriyat Conference Azad Jammu and Kashmir (APHC-AJK) chapter, paying rich tributes to the founder of Pakistan, Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah on his birth anniversary. APHC-AJK chapter Convener Mehmood Ahmad Saghar, General Secretary Sheikh Abdul Mateen and Information Secretary Imtiaz Wani in a joint statement issued in Islamabad said that Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah had declared Kashmir as Pakistan’s jugular vein and said that Pakistan is incomplete without Kashmir.

They said that the Quaid-e-Azam was a history-making personality who fought for a separate homeland for the Muslims of the subcontinent and succeeded in his mission. The APHC-AJK leaders said that Pakistan came into existence on the basis of the Two-Nation Theory and this theory also provides the basis for the freedom movement of Kashmiris. They added that time had proved that Quaid-e-Azam was right and due to his tireless struggle the Muslims of the subcontinent achieved a separate homeland in the form of Pakistan.

They deplored that the minorities in India, especially the Muslims, are insecure and India has been discriminating against the Muslims and other minorities not only in occupied Kashmir but also in other Indian states from day one. They said Kashmir’s freedom movement is a continuation of Pakistan’s movement and Jammu and Kashmir is an incomplete agenda of partition. He said that the hearts of the Kashmiris and Pakistanis beat in unison and ‘Kashmir will become a part of Pakistan” is the voice of every Kashmiri and Pakistan has always supported the struggle of Kashmiris.

The APHC-AJK leaders urged the international community to play its role in resolving the Kashmir dispute according to the will of the Kashmiri people and the resolutions of the United Nations so that lasting peace could be established in South Asia. Kashmiri Hurriyat Leader Altaf Ahmed Butt on behalf of people on IIOJ and K felicitated the people of Pakistan on the birth anniversary of founder of Pakistan – Quaid e Azam M Ali Jinnah. He said it was the tireless efforts of Muhammad Ali Jinnah that Pakistanis are a free nation today.
