APHC-AJK Plans Anti-India Protest in Islamabad to Highlight Human Rights Violations in IIOJK

Islamabad, The All Parties Hurriyat Conference Azad Jammu and Kashmir (APHC-AJK) chapter is set to hold a protest demonstration in Islamabad on Monday. The demonstration aims to draw the world community’s attention to the ongoing human rights violations committed by Indian troops in illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir.

According to Kashmir Media Service, the protest is scheduled to take place outside the office of the United Nations Military Observers Group in India and Pakistan (UNMOGIP). The demonstration is being organized in conjunction with World Human Rights Day, emphasizing the critical human rights situation in the region.

APHC-AJK Convener Mahmood Ahmad Saghar will lead the protest, symbolizing a united front among various groups and parties against the actions of the Indian government in Jammu and Kashmir. This demonstration is part of a broader effort to raise international awareness and seek global intervention in addressing the plight of the people in Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir.

The planned protest in Islamabad represents a significant attempt by the APHC-AJK to keep the Kashmir issue in the international spotlight, especially concerning human rights abuses and the need for a peaceful resolution to the long-standing conflict.
