Islamabad: The All Parties Hurriyat Conference Azad Jammu and Kashmir (APHC-AJK) chapter convened a meeting in Islamabad, chaired by its Convener Ghulam Muhammad Safi.

According to a statement by Kashmir Media Service, prayers were offered for the eternal peace and high ranks of several individuals. These included the cousin of senior Hurriyat leader Mahmood Ahmed Saghar, the wife of the detained Hurriyat leader and Chairman of Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front Muhammad Yasin Malik, the mother of Mushaal Mullick, Asma Maududi, the daughter of Maulana Maududi (RA), and the mother of Javed Ahmed Shah. The group also extended heartfelt sympathies to the bereaved families.

The prayer gathering was attended by senior figures including Mahmood Ahmed Saghar, APHC-AJK Information Secretary Mushtaq Ahmed Butt, and other notable attendees such as Ijaz Rahmani, Raja Khadim Hussain, Zahid Safi, Muhammad Ashraf Dar, and Mian Muzaffar. The event also saw the presence of Adeel Mushtaq, Syed Gulshan Ahmed, Zahid Mujtaba, Abdul Majeed Mir, Zahoor Ahmed, and others.
