APHC-AJK holds anti-India demo in Islamabad

Islamabad, October 13, 2021 (PPI-OT): The All Parties Hurriyat Conference Azad Jammu and Kashmir (APHC-AJK) chapter organized a protest demonstration in front of the Indian High Commission in Islamabad, today, against the Indian oppression and barbarism against the unarmed Kashmiris in Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir.

APHC-AJK Convener, Muhammad Farooq Rehmani, Ghulam Muhammad Safi, Mahmood Ahmad Sagar, Syed Faiz Naqshbandi and other Hurriyat leaders participated in the demonstration. The protesters chanted anti-India and pro-freedom slogans.

Addressing on the occasion, the Hurriyat leaders said that peace would continue the South Asian region until the Kashmir dispute was resolved in accordance with the Kashmiris’ aspirations. They deplored that India has intensified its atrocities on unarmed Kashmiris in IIOJK. They said that Pakistan, as the ambassador of Kashmiris, was constantly apprising the world about the current dire situation in the occupied territory.

The speakers demanded of the United Nations to implement its resolutions on Kashmir. They said that Indian occupational forces were involved in massive human rights violations in IIOJK and Modi regime was imposing the Hindutva agenda of RSS in the occupied territory.

They lamented that the United Nations and international human rights organizations have maintained criminal silence on India’s nefarious designs to change the demographic composition of the territory. They reiterated the Kashmiris’ resolve to take the ongoing freedom movement to its logical conclusion at all costs.
