APHC-AJK Convenes Prayer Meeting in Islamabad for Deceased Relatives of Hurriyat Leaders

Islamabad, The All Parties Hurriyat Conference Azad Jammu and Kashmir (APHC-AJK) chapter organized a prayer meeting in Islamabad today, led by its Convener Mehmood Ahmad Saghar.

According to Kashmir Media Service, the meeting was convened to mourn the death of Muhammad Shafi, the maternal uncle of Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front Chairman Muhammad Yasin Malik, who passed away due to cardiac arrest in Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir. Participants expressed deep sorrow and offered prayers for the departed soul, seeking divine peace and strength for the bereaved family.

In addition to mourning Shafi, the Hurriyat leaders also extended their condolences for the loss of the sister-in-law of Hurriyat leader Mir Tahir Masood, who passed away in occupied Jammu and Kashmir, and the brother-in-law of Gulshan Ahmad, who died in Multan. Prayers were offered for the souls of the deceased and for the comfort of their families in facing these losses.

The meeting served as a platform for the APHC-AJK leaders and members to come together in solidarity and support for their colleagues during this time of grief.
